We had another ultrasound yesterday and everything went well. They were looking at the growth of the baby's spine and kidneys and thought everything looked alright enough that we didn't even have to meet with a specialist and then follow up with the genetic counselor like the last few times....yeah! They still are concerned about a few things and want to monitor the growth of the femur, so that's next months appointment.
I also had my monthly appointment with the midwife last week and she thought I was measuring 2-3 weeks ahead of my due date. We'll see if they end up changing things, but I wouldn't mind at all if they decided this baby would be coming at the beginning of June rather than the end!
I also got my first hand made gift yesterday! So cute! One of my clients knit me this little cap. It looks so small! Phin was over last night (he's 7 months) and even next to his little head it looked tiny!
After our appointment yesterday I decided to play hookie for the last 2 hours of works and Steve and I headed to Target to register. I would have never thought that with just a few aisles of baby stuff there could be so many decisions!
I'm gearing up to do the big Babies R' Us registry with Sarah and Tina on Saturday and am hoping that I don't freak out and get overwhelmed as soon as I walk into the store!
Anyway, that's it from my end. I haven't really felt like blogging lately, thus the lack of posts. I figure I'm not gonna write something just to write something, so I might as well hide if I feel like it. That being said, I think I'll go back into hiding now.
